Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in the Katy/Houston area?
Phil is originally from North East England and has lived in the Houston area for almost 8 years. My business partner and Co-Owner, Sam, is from Lebanon originally and moved to Houston at the age of 13.

Are you also a parent? How old are your kiddos?
Yes, Phil is a father of 2 kids, Conlan 5 and Aislinn 3.5. Sam is a father of 3, Layla 15, Alex 13, and Abraham 12.
Tell us about Intra-V and the services that you offer.
We specialize in Intravenous (IV) Therapy. This is a method of feeding vitamins, minerals, and other natural substances directly into a patient’s bloodstream. We offer Vitamin IV Infusions, Micronutrient Testing, Custom IV Bags, specifically targeting your deficiencies.
What was the inspiration behind starting Intra-V, and when did you open up the doors?
We opened our doors in January 2017 with the idea of helping people with their health needs. We understood that with the standard American diet, stress, food that is grown in nutrient-deficient soil, and treated with chemicals and pesticides alongside a whole host of different problems, it was becoming increasingly difficult for people to meet their vitamin and mineral needs with just dieting alone. This is why we decided to open Intra-V, to help people feel better and to help their deficiencies
What did you do before starting Intra-V?
Sam was a chiropractor for 14 years before going back to school to become a nurse practitioner. Phil worked for his father’s company before going into the oil and gas industry. Phil took over a year off work to help care for his daughter after being born with health issues; then, they decided to open Intra-V.
What are the benefits, health, and otherwise, of using vitamin IV therapy? And, What are the most unexpected benefits of Intra-V that you have seen?
Because we use vitamins and minerals, we are not allowed to make any claims to `treating” people. We have, however, seen great results from lots of different kinds of people. Our immunity drip is a big seller, especially this time of year, and we have had lots of people telling us how well it has worked for them. Another area where we see great results are from our custom IV infusions, this is where we perform a micronutrient test and find out precisely what they are deficient in, then we create a custom drip targeting their deficiencies. We have had lots of people see significant benefits including people with autoimmune issues, sleep issues, stress, depression to name just a few
What are the different drips that you offer?

What’s your main goal when a patient walks through the front doors?
Our primary goal is to make people feel good! There is nothing better than hearing how we have changed people’s everyday life for the better.
What are some of the reasons/ailments a person might come to see you, and have they seen improvements by using vitamin IV therapy?
The list is endless! Every function in our body, from making hormones to our gut biome, is regulated by vitamins and minerals. If our body doesn’t have those vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, then they cannot make what they need to make.
How quickly do you feel the effects, and how long do they last?
Everybody is different; some people will feel the effects before the drip ends; some people may not feel the effect till the next day. Depending on people’s activity levels, metabolism, how deficient they are in certain vitamins will all affect how long they will feel something for.
Who administers the drip? Do you have medical professionals on your team?
All of our team are medical professionals; we use registered nurses overseen by a nurse practitioner who, in turn, are overseen by our medical director who specializes in Internal Medicine.
Future plans for Intra|V?
We are always looking out for new ways to help our clients and always watch closely for new research coming out on how we can do that. Our Katy location is our second location, so we also want to open third, fourth, and fifth locations here in the Houston area.
