It’s stunning and FULL of all the amenities you could ever need as a Mom. We did an interview last year with the CEO and we loved hearing from him that the inspiration behind VillaSport is to be a place for families. They are all about making sure MOM is happy! That she can workout, relax, and feel confident that her child is in capable hands and that they are having FUN, too!
Bri Hardy is VillaSport Cinco Ranch’s Group Exercise director and a mama herself, and we sat down with her to learn more about how VillaSport can help us meet our 2021 fitness and wellness goals, about all the amenities they offer, and how special the kid’s programs are.

As a new year begins and we are setting healthy new years’ resolutions, how can VillaSport be a resource to help us meet our goals?
VillaSport has everything you need to meet your fitness goals in 2021! Starting in our VillaCafe offering healthy snacks, smoothies, and meal options. Our Aquatics area with 4 different pools to choose from to not only enjoy time with the kids, but also to enjoy lap swimming and/or relaxing. Then utilizing our VillaKids program so you’re kids are enjoying their time while you take advantage of our fitness department, state of the art equipment on our fitness floor, and group exercise classes!
What fitness options are available?
VillaSport has everything you need to meet your fitness goals in 2021! Our Fitness Team of certified personal trainers are ready to help you get a jump start with Your Fit Plan, which is included with every membership. Along with your training sessions, you have a variety of Group Exercises classes to choose from! We offer everything from Les Mills Programs, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, and Aqua classes!
What other services/amenities does VillaSport offer?
As a mom, some of the things that I really enjoy about VillaSport Athletic Club & Spa is the ability to decompress and escape after a long day. A few of those options include a full service spa, multiple group exercises classes all included, a cup of coffee in VillaCafe, or a relaxing break in our 18+ whirlpool lounge with steam room and dry sauna. There’s also an expansive fitness floor in which you will never need to wait for equipment and a huge aquatics
area which has waterslides and a huge splash buckets in which my daughter loves to take part in!
Tell us about the childcare at VillaSport! What services are offered for children?
At VillaKids, we offer a curriculum based rotation that focuses on the development of our child members so that they grow with us as their parents are able to focus on their goals. We also offer programs such as Parents Night Out, Holiday Camps, and Summer Camps. All of which have different themes and activities associated with them.
What’s the best fitness/health advice you have ever received?
Find something you LOVE to do! Whether it’s strength training, yoga, swimming, cycling, dancing, etc; and then surround yourself with people who love it too! Having those accountability partners with you, all doing what you love, is the perfect recipe to set yourself up for success!
What is your favorite part about working at VillaSport & being a part of individual health journeys?
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 15 years and I have loved every single minute of it. To me, this isn’t a job, it’s a passion. And the fact that I get to share my passion with others means the world to me. I want others to learn to love taking care of their bodies and know that this is a journey; not a quick fix. Fitness is a lifestyle change and once you start, it’s the best habit you’ll ever pick up! I’ve been so blessed to have met the most incredible people and now lifelongs friends through this industry and I can’t wait to continue on this path of helping others reach their goals for year and years to come!
