Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in the Katy area?
– I was born and raised in Katy! I am a Seven Lakes Grad, and couldn’t be happier to still call this my home.
How many kids do you have and how old are they?
– I have two daughters – Callyn (2.5yrs) and Kenzie (11 months)
One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
– I had the privilege of coaching volleyball at Seven Lakes High School and brought home the State Championship with one of my best friends and the sweetest team.
Favorite local things to do in the Katy area?
– Enjoying a beautiful day outside on the patio somewhere at La Centerra
What is your go-to activity just for you, mama?
– I am a big Foot Spa fan for when I can sneak away!
Give us your best mom hack that makes life easier.
– Double layering crib sheets: waterproof sheet, crib sheet, waterproof sheet, crib sheet. If there is an accident in the middle of the night, strip the first two layers and deal with them in the morning.

– My sisters and I started this event business because of our passion for the details and all things parties. We have combined our talents and skills to make a business that allows us to be creative and do what we love! Whether it be for balloon design, floral arrangements, or event planning in general – we just love to get to be a part of making an event special for our clients.
When did you decide to start this business and what’s been the biggest blessing in it all?
– We found our passion while throwing events for our family and friends, and decided to give it a go in 2021! The biggest blessing for us has been the opportunity to get to know and work with all different kinds of small businesses in the area. We have been able to create such special relationships and look forward to those continuing to grow.
Tell us all your offerings for parties and events!
– We specialize in Balloon & Backdrop Decor, Floral Design, and Full Event Planning. We offer Balloon Grab & Go Services, Full Design & Installations, and Jumbo Helium Balloons. Whether it be a birthday celebration, baby or bridal shower, or corporate event; It is our privilege to get to be a part of your event – big or small.
What’s your back story- what did you do before launching your business?
– I am actually a Teacher! I worked in Katy ISD for 5 years before having our girls, and have continued to work for a Public Virtual School since. It has given me the ability to be home with our young kiddos and have the flexibility to grow with RFJ!
Do you think it prepared you for being a business owner?
– Absolutely! I feel like it gave me a very solid foundation, and I continue to learn new things every day.
Best advice for mamas wanting to launch into entrepreneurship?
– Just go for it – You are only going to grow if you go! If you are passionate about something and love doing it, all of the hard work will be worth it all!
Future plans and hopes for your business?
– I would love to continue to grow towards taking on more full design and planning for events; offering full planning services, rentals, and all design needs.
Biggest blessing in being a mama?
– My hubby! He is the best and loves me and our girls so well. He selflessly supports me while spending nights and weekends working with balloons and is always willing to help me any way he can.
