Volleyball Training-Beginners & Intermediate Players

Our volleyball training program for beginners is designed for kids who are new to the game of volleyball as well as those who have played at a church, the Y, or summer clinic. It focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game, including proper stand, footwork and coordination, and timing, and finally, provides the foundation for long-term development.
